Tori Lee is a parent, educator, and advocate for early childhood development. As a mom of a young child, she brings firsthand understanding of the joys, challenges, and decisions families face in the earliest years. Her mission is to help families feel confident, supported, and intentional as they navigate early childhood.

Tori has spent over a decade supporting families, educators, and school systems through hands-on experience, leadership, and policy work:

Former Texas State Director of Early Childhood Education — led statewide initiatives supporting early learning programs and family engagement

Elementary School Principal — oversaw curriculum, operations, and student development

Early Childhood Teacher — classroom experience with infants, toddlers, pre-K students and kindergarten

Appointed Member of Governor Abbott’s Early Childhood Advisory Council — advising on statewide early childhood policy
